You park or hand over the vehicle at a separate car park, then travel to the terminal by shuttle. Check the reception process, key policy, waiting time and journey in both directions. Self Park and Drop and Go rates with the same provider may use different instructions.

Walking access avoids a shuttle journey, but the route and distance vary by product and terminal. Check accessibility, luggage and the arrival entrance. A staff-park product can still have walking access; walking does not necessarily mean you keep your keys.

A driver accepts your vehicle at the booked meeting point and parks it. The meeting point can be a terminal car park, nearby hotel or shuttle location. Confirm the exact floor or lane, telephone procedure and any airport entry or exit charge.

The outbound and return arrangements differ. You may leave the car at a car park and take a bus out, then collect it at the terminal on return. Save both sets of instructions; do not return to the wrong collection point.

Choose a specifically named charging tariff. Confirm connector compatibility, cable requirements, included energy and what the operator needs to access or move the vehicle. Charging listed as a facility does not mean every parking rate includes it.

Read the hotel date and the parking dates separately. Establish whether you park before the stay, keep the car overnight at an extra cost or leave it at the hotel for the holiday. Check airport transport, breakfast timing and room occupancy as well as the parking duration.
