Website & Booking Terms
Understand the difference between an information guide and a confirmed booking.
Use of these guides
FlyParks provides general planning information based on published sources. The pages are not live availability results, an inspection report or a guarantee that every listed facility, time or inclusion applies to your travel dates. Check the current quotation, confirmation and operator instructions before booking or driving.
Product names, terminal assignments, meeting points, charges and facilities may change. A legacy product page does not prove that a service remains bookable. Where the published source does not establish a detail, the guide should not be read as supplying that assurance.
Reservations and service providers
Parking and hotel booking links lead to Holiday Extras. Airport lounge reservation links lead to LoungePass. The booking process identifies the applicable service provider, price, inclusions, cancellation rules and other conditions. Review those terms before paying. FlyParks is not the car-park, hotel or lounge operator and cannot amend or cancel a reservation through these pages.
Use the contact information on your booking confirmation for arrival assistance, changes or a complaint about the booked service. Read Holiday Extras’ booking terms alongside the conditions of the rate you select. For lounge reservations, review the terms presented by LoungePass before paying.
Commercial links and maps
FlyParks may earn a commission from a qualifying referral booking at no extra cost to you. A Google Maps search is a convenience, not a verified entrance pin. Follow the provider’s precise directions and do not use an operator’s office address as a vehicle handover point unless instructed.
Cashback and joining offers are separate from the booking
Cashback offers require the applicable TopCashback click-through and qualifying purchase. A parking reservation made through an ordinary FlyParks Holiday Extras link does not automatically earn TopCashback rewards. The airport parking cashback guide ↗ explains the separate route.
The displayed rates are dated information, not a promise of payment or a reduction at checkout. Eligibility, excluded products, approved voucher codes and reward approval are governed by TopCashback and the merchant’s current conditions. FlyParks does not administer cashback accounts or determine whether a claim will be paid.
Any new-member promotion has its own qualifying dates and earnings threshold. Read the TopCashback referral terms before joining. FlyParks may receive a referral reward when a referred member qualifies.
