Check how an airport hotel fits the trip
For an overnight stay before flying, check the airport code and actual terminal before choosing a hotel by its name. A property labelled “airport” can still need a paid bus, taxi or drive. Confirm the first and last transfer and where it stops.
If you are leaving a car while away, check whether the room rate explicitly includes the full parking period. Compare that with a Park-Sleep-Fly package, allowing for both transfers and any separate hotel-night parking charge.
